So, I might as well build a small number. They will have nickel plated bright work and inch pitch chains etc.

In 1892 the Peregrine Number 7 Racer with pneumatics was a whopping £25.
An average annual salary was about £60.

The two I saw on Saturday were indeed very shiny looking. Hilldodger, I still haven't come up with an anagram (TBH, I haven't really been trying... But my mudguards are looking fab after a quick wash.)
