Fast and careful!
Looking at their web site, and seem to be a half way between a shop bought and building a bike from scratch,I know a chap who has started a historic touring bike tour buisness and he loves them,
They seem well priced!or is it like a Chinese meal seems reasonable till you add all the bits together and you might have well gone to Claridges(other restaurants available)what are your thoughts and Ribble riders, your experiences,of ride, sales, service, warranty etc

I have their Sportive Carbon (£1300) and love it. Got it early this year. I had a 'reasonable' Fondriest(£600ish) ali' bike before and there is absolutely no comparrison. I was about to go for a Cube Carbon but for the same price I could chose my style/model/gears/wheels/even the tyres.
I wouldn't have bought from them if I wasn't close enough to go & sit on them and at least get the feel (you can't test ride) but I am so glad I went for this one.
In making the choice I spoke several times on the phone and via emails.....nothing seemed too much trouble.
One thing to bear in mind.....depending where you live it will be very inconvenient to take it back it anything goes wrong e.g. my gears play up at extreme 'ends' and I can't get them right.....I will have to take it to a LBS and pay for the priviledge.

Perfectly happy customer here...
New Sportive carbon/Veloce, all arrived on time (actually they upgraded my handlebars to carbon wing..i assume they were out of stock of the ones i'd ordered)...IMO good value, good service, good response to emails and phone calls.
Dont be fooled into thinking the framesets they offer are inferior, absolutely not. They consistently get excellent reviews from BikeRadar, in most cases beating the competing bikes in that review.
