Thoughts on this one?

Attracted by carbon frame, with full ultegra groupset, price tag and the option of interest free credit.

I don't race or compete nor am I planning to, but I do ride a lot.

I nearly got this but no matt black in a 54M. Not full Ultegra as well unlike ribble bike.

The shifters and mechs are where tou will feel the benifit anyway, you could buy an ultegra crank ect for the price difference if you shop around

Possibly but don't like the green/white combo.

Not keen myself but It's just for illustration. You can customise some of the stuff.

It's quite a dull looking frame, carbon should be more curvy...

It's a very old design frame, Planet X have an equivalent Pro carbon & that's old in design also.

The Ribble Azzuro, Ribble R872 & Planet X RT-58 will be much better IMHO.

I've just got a Ribble Gran Fondo with Ultegra 6800. Only rode it once before buggering up my ankle, however, in that one ride compared to my old Saracen Ventoux, well, it was a revelation!
