I was a bit worried that this thread was going to be a kind of online Abigail's Party, i.e. "let's all sneer at the taste of the plebs". This was mainly because the early house examples were nowhere near gross enough - not my taste at all but it's their money to spend, so what the heck.
The one in Snaresbrook has redeemed things somewhat (the bathroom, the green paint, my eyes, my eyes) but I've seen a lot worse. I do like the contrast, though, between the snooker room, the bar and the derelict wasteland that is the tennis court.
