Saw him in Preston a few years back... one of those gigs where he improvises with a local psych-type band who are instructed to just improvise their own music. It was a fascinating event. Hats off to the man for always pushing boundaries.

I listened to some tracks on YouTube this afternoon. Some of them sounded quite interesting so I think I will investigate further.

I now know the answer to a tricky question... Can Can Can-Can? Answer: I don’t know if they could dance it, but they could certainly play it!

You missed out, when I first heard Can back in the 70s it totally changed my musical taste and sent me on a wonderful musical journey into German rock, a journey I'm still enjoying nearly 50 years later.

Well, I've spent ages trying to think up a witty response but have failed miserably to come up with one, I guess I exhausted all my comedic reserves with the Funkadelic comment all that time ago.
