The Northern Soul scene in the UK basically made R Dean Taylor.

After scoring big in the USA with Indiana Wants Me both Ghost In My House and Gotta See Jane flopped stateside but we're big in the UK as were played at the northern soul clubs. Personally I never really cared for either of the songs but they got played.

One thing I never knew until I Wikied him tonight was that he was Canadian not American.
