Beamed up for the last time RIP

He also appeared as a detective in an episode of Columbo - don't ask me which one -

Also notable for his performance as Alfred Bester in Babylon 5.

For some reason I thought he got beamed up a few years ago, but apparently it was yesterday! RIP.

Very funny guy apparently. The Star Trek movies were better than the series but they have been superseded by Next Gen, Picard, Enterprise, Strange New Worlds and others in the Star Trek Canon. All superb in my humble opinion except series one of Next Gen which was a tough watch.

There is only George Takei and William Shatner left.

[Reynard]

Walter Koenig, the actor who played Pavel Chekov in Star Trek, and Alfred Bester in Babylon 5 has passed away at the age of 90.

Oh. I assumed that thread was a somewhat negative appraisal of this guy's work: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anton_Chekhov

Yes - 2 very different characters

that looked very very similar

and everyone knew that most people who watched Babylon5 had also seen him on Star Trek

I reckon he played on the similar looks and used the slight difference in how he looked and moved to enhance the different characters
