Looks like your size is the only one available for home delivery. You may be lucky and find one instore, but they had none in Nottingham when I visited at the weekend
Glad I just managed to get one a couple of weeks ago

They are just standard integrated shifters, (brifters), but with additional cross top brake levers, (suicide levers).
I assume the OP means downtube shifters, but I really don't know TBH.

That's all any of us are trying to do 
I just wasn't sure whether you were suggesting the brifters* or the cross top levers as I've never heard either referred to as butterfly shifters.
Then again I've never even heard the term butterfly shifters before TBH, butterfly bars yes, but shifters, no.
Come on OP, what do you mean by butterfly shifters?
*note to self, stop using the word brifters, it's not nice

on that kind of budget try 2nd hand and retro , loads to be had and will outlast most modern bikes in my opinion
