There are buses which do Lynn - Fakenham - Wells - Hunstanton - Lynn, which takes 3h25, but they change number part-way round from 49 to 36, and other buses run the opposite direction, so it ain't that.

Here is one which takes 37 minutes one way.
Or, this one (No 10) which I can only get a complete route in map form, which takes 1hr 10 minutes, one way, so, 2hr 20min for the return journey.

I've seen more muscle on a vegetarians elbow. If he'd raised a fist to me I'd have ripped his arm off, shoved it up his Jacksy and paraded him up and down the street like the giant nerdish lollipop he had become.
I'm one 57 year old he definitely wouldn't want to meet, but being the coward he is I doubt he'd try it on with a rider of more unit like stature.
And he's only from Yorkshire, not like hes from the north pole, so if anything he's the southerner to many of us.
