Terribly sorry if this has already been posted.

RoadDriver - has anyone heard of it or used it?

Supposedly it's meant to help encourage good driving. It allows you to file reports against bad drivers. I don't think it has any legal backing, although I've only briefly scanned the site.

Thoughts?

It looks like another version of the "Am I driving safely?" schemes which you see advertised on the back of many HGV's. An interesting way of doing it, but it might be just another one of many.
You can only see reports by typing in a vehicle registration number so it won't have many examples of bad cycling and you probalby won't be able to review it for things like "bad right hand turns by lorries"

Quite a good little write up on cycling safety.

Does it write letters to the registered owners of reported vehicles? If not, it's not really much use, or rather less use than YouTube.

Only if they're signed up as members of the scheme - as a business, hire company, or even as the parent of a new young driver. They get an e-mail if one of their registered vehicles is reported.

It was the "parent" one that led me to the site. One of my offspring drivers is just plain funny - it's so embarrassing to see her use all my little tics and courtesies! She'd be a dream driver on a single-track road in the Western Highlands. Another of my offspring drivers ..... let's just say he gives me cause to look for such a scheme (although he's too old for it now).
