Hi,
I don't know if anyone is interested in watching one of our videos from our trip 6 months ago but I will put it up anyway. It was an immense journey, bloody tough in places, but very enjoyable, I never thought that I could cycle 130 miles in a day & then get up and do another 100 & again & again for 14 days solid!
Would I do it again? Yes. Would I recommend it to anyone else? Hell Yes!
There was a lot of planning but I managed it (there were 24 of us in total) and we got lost a few times, couldn't find restaurants open at times, didn't get to our hotels until nightfall on some days & then had to start at 7am next morning but the Italian & French drivers were brilliant, we had no road rage until we got back to Poole
. The wine & the food was brilliant and we raised £30,000.00 for charity.
