Try www.mapmyride.com, free account, good mapping tool, just have to ignore the adverts for Febreeze.

Also have a look at opencyclemap.org or even find a similar ride in the new 'Explore' feature on Garmin Connect (the old MotionBased.com).

I find this very useful, but remember the calorie counter is intended for a runner rather than a pedaler.

bikeroutetoaster.com is good. You can also then download the route as a Garmin course file, or GPX file as well.
