I like riding mine, but I don't need to do it as my job! It handles well when loaded and the step-through frame is ideal. It is a bastard to get uphill though.

It is about 25kg, so that's no exaggeration.

You can replace the rear wheel with an Nexus 8 one, there are a lot of those because of the subway 8 (halfords) came with it. With 8 gears instead of three uphill will be a lot easyer. And as it already has an igh you don't have to change to much.

I recently replaced the wheel with another 3-speed. Mostly used in a 2.5 mile radius, the trick is not to try too hard.
