Royal Mail restoration

I have just purchased an old royal mail bike and I cannot find out the manufacturer, Its not a Pashley, I think it could be an Elswick. The frame has the kink on the top tube. It's definitely vintage as has rod brakes. According to Pashley Royal Mail designed the bike and sent out the plans to a few manufacturers.

BITD some Royal Mail bikes were made with all sorts of odd sixed nuts, bolts, headsets etc to put people off stealing them. Best of luck if its one of them
