Royalty free / out of copyright cycling photos needed!

I've got a couple of website projects coming up that desperately need some very old cycling photos (think pre-1950s). Now paying for usage isn't a problem (but I'd rather not!), but I need them kinda fast.

Where do you guys find all these awesome photos?

That NPR slide show is quite fun. I was idling speculating just the other day why they had got rid of running boards from cars; maybe it was to stop cyclists punching the driver in the face?

Have you tried searching Flickr for what you need? You can specify you want only Creative Commons stuff that you can use freely.

Yup, I was just lamenting the fact that Flickr / Yahoo haven't yet put in place a 'licence this image' option to raise some cash for Flickr users and themselves.
