Not convinced that one year driving ban and a community service sentence is sufficient justice for taking a womans life with poor driving

At least she stayed around to try and help.

The sod who killed my brother didn't stop and only got caught when his girlfriend shopped him.
He got 9 points and a fine and carried on driving.
