Whilst at a mates house on Sunday, just outside we noticed a small Peugeot car had been pulled over by a police van, strange to see someone pulled by a van.
As we watch, the driver(early twenties) gets out and is quite unsteady on his feet, the officer asks him a few questions and tells him to get back in the car.
A few minutes later a police car arrives with some breathalyser equipment.
Driver asked to get out of the car again and breathalysed.
You can see the result by the reaction of the officer giving it, he looks away while talking to him.
He then takes the driver to the back of the van, empties his pockets, handcuffs on and into the back of the van.
So someone caught drunk driving at about 1 in the afternoon, probably got steaming Saturday night.
It is all made worse by the fact the car driver was not the only person in the car, a female probably his partner/wife and two young children in the back
Someone who not only has no concern for other road users but no concern for their own family.
