£16 for this brand new with tags dare2b windshell lightweight polyester fabric jacket is. It is wind resistant and has teflon water repellent finish. You can pack it away into zipped chest pocket. There is reflective detail for enhanced visibility and adjustable shock cord hem and neck cinch (Size Large 42 ins 107 cm)
