IMHO also have a look at the Google Nexus4...... same screen estate as the S3 but smaller phone, higher resolution screen with higher pixel density, better specification, wireless charging and pure android with no additional branding and screen overlay to slow it down. You can buy it brand new with warranty for under 200 quid these days.

.I prefer it to the S3, compare the specs
