Its sunny here at present. Bertie walked however my attempts to stop him pulling on his lead seem be getting worse by the walk. Later we have friends visiting so it will be giving the house a thorough clean when I finish my coffee.

The politics of Parkrun exploration completed.
It's not a place for modesty. Unless you're very optimistic about your abilities, you'll spend the first half mile vaulting children and dogs and the next negotiating sprinters who clearly thought it was 0.5k.
Enjoyable and inclusive. If it didn't start at 9:30 I think I could persuade a teenager to join me.

I hit snooze - it is the weekend after all, be rude not to. Jobs to do - mostly mine. Bit of bike prep later for tomorrow's ride as this afternoon looks a bit moist. Then will have a tinker with the sim rig hardware and check out the footy later.
