A parkrun has started in our village: yay!
I'm suffering with the lurgy: boo!
If I don't get out in the morning it'll be grim indoors for the next 48 hours: Mmmmmn

What you got?

If you do get out, will it be less grim?

It's already howling.
I've fed the birds.
I'm drinking another coffee.
Beans is snoring triumphantly after catching a mouse smaller than my middle toe.

It started of as a beautiful morning now it’s dull and looking like it might persist it down at any moment. So it’s looking like a session on the turbo at some point.

I did get out, but more importantly got back in again before it started raining. Decided to take on the Park Walker role. Jeez that's a boring shift when it's 3 laps of the same circuit.

Afternoon folks. Club ride this morning, yes it was damp and a tad breezy but enjoyable. Well apart from a 🔔end who overtook us on a blind bend with hidden dips and oncoming cars, choice language and much squealing of brakes.
