Yet another grim one here. There are 76 flood warnings and 169 flood alerts in England today and we still have a hosepipe ban. Maybe it’s time to take up canoeing. At some I need to venture out with Bertie but it might be a climbing session first.

Morning all congratulations on the big word in the title, that most people have had to google for its meaning. Wakemalcolm is having a gender change trial on the cheap. Local parkrun completed along with run to and from it. Quite a few parkruns cancelled around us due to flooding. Tomorrow's gravel ride has been altered once because of Storm Claudia, expecting another change or 2 or even a cancellation tbh.

In other news, had flare up of my Ulcerative colitis and spent week in bed with body pain and massive fatigue. Felt better Thursday so moved my toolbox down a step, misjudged the height and acutely strained my lower back. More bedrest! B'gger!!

Jesus that's some mileage. Hats off to you. I'm currently maxed out at 21 although I've stupidly finally entered a small spring marathon. Suspect it will be the only one I ever do.
