I have seen similar in London on a regular basis and I have seen the same chap nearly come a cropper doing that type of thing twice now.

You can tell by
1) M32 signs
2) bottom of the gloucester road
3) crap road use (in this case the cyclist) - he was so lucky

No, Redvee is in Bristol. I speak to him sometimes on Bikeradar on their forums. Good bloke, seems pretty down to earth and a good cyclist.
