Saw a Traffic Warden ticketing a bicyle this morning. Ok, so he must have been short of his quota, but how on Earth did he expect to enforce it???

Enforcement can remove them if there is a bylaw IIRC and proper signage indicating as such...trying to ticket a locked up bike like a car though sort of gives the impression that the warden may not quite understand how his job works.

I can't imagine what his bosses said when they got his receipts, but I bet it wasn't flattering
