Can you imagine the mischief riders could get up to with wireless technology. Imagine a rider climbing on the biggest sprocket and a rival who's managed to switch to the same wifi code and shifting his rivals gear onto the smallest sprocket!
I won't admit to doing anything similar with the old down tube shifters, when you could reach across to a mates bike and push the lever forwards!
