Hi, got set up eventually with a new laptop but have found that it occasionally zooms in on webpages while using the touchscreen/mouse without me wanting it to and because I don't know how it happens I don't know how to reverse it. It's a Toshiba Satelllite Pro using Windows 7 if either of those help. Any ideas please? It's set to the smallest resolution in the control panel.

Also is there any way of shrinking the icons on the desktop?

WRT to the icon size, hold down CTRL & use the scroll feature (usually the far right of the track pad)

I think the Zoom on web pages is the same too.

It keeps scrolling the screen size at random while using the fingermouse, sometimes it does it and then doesn't for ages with no difference in the way I'm doing things that I can tell. It's getting a little bit annoying. Any ideas please?

Thanks Kevin, I've cut that out but it still does it occasionally. Will just have to just put up with it I think.
