Cant say i have ever had the need for a SealAnt, but i might know a bio engineer can splice some DNA and see what we get 
Seriously though i used to use the gunk in inner tubes for MTB based tyres and it seemed ok bit on road tyres i found the higher tyre pressure just blew gunk out of the hole to quick to seal it and it gunked up the road tyre valve .
