Seeking 14-16" long Panniers

I've had a very difficult time finding "long" panniers. Either the panniers were designed for the standard-length add-on rear rack, or for the Xtracycle. My Specialized Haul 2 is between the two sizes. It has a long, 14-16" rack accommodation for panniers and I would like to fully utilize this with an appropriate bag. However, I do not want them to be ultra-WIDE. Some of the camping panniers offer more space, but they also look a bit silly for basic commuting!

Does anyone know of high quality panniers of this length?

Try Arkel or Ortlieb recumbent bags,

Or most likely the the Ortlieb motorcycle bags...

High quality? It's eBay! But a rain cover IS encluded (sic).

Maybe approach a local saddler to custom make them for you if you want to have real quality?
