Theres a memorial thingy at the entrance to John Lennon /Liverpool airport with the message "above us only sky" .
Someone has added " below us only Wolves and West Ham....

Scouser is walking down the high street in Croydon when he sees a video entitled "Liverpool The Glory Years" in the window display of a chairty shop.

He goes in and says to the assistant: "Eh ar kid, ow much for the 'Pool video like?"

After wiping the phlegm from his face, the assistant replies: "£100."

"That's a bit steep innit la?, the lovable cheeky scamp asks, "ow come its dat dear soft lad?"

In order to satisfy a sneaking suspicion I had, I've just been looking up results from last season to compare to this:

2010/11 Liverpool played 8 points 6
2009/10 Hull City played 8 points 8

It's a 'big club' though so I'm sure they'll be ok.
Just like Newcastle, Leeds, etc. were

It was a genuine question.
Was that a genuine answer? Is it very dificult to get parking? I'm not going on a matchday, if that's what you're thinking.

Maz I shall be there next weekend on a match day and won't be the slightest bit concerned about parking. Only go once a year but never had a problem. If you are going on a non-match day you shoul be able to park within 10 minutes walk of the ground. There may even be a visitors car park.

It is residents only but this only applies at match times. Of course, with the current madness running through football, match times could be any time. During the day though, Saturday and Sunday apart, you'll be alright. Park on Lothair Road on the left of the Kop or Skerries Road on the right. You're less than a minute away then and you'll be ok. Ignore the misery-gut bellies on here reverting to well outdated stereotypes that have no meaning in reality since the advent of the colour telly.
