....well the turbo trainer is getting a dusting off today.
the weather here is shocking lifting tiles and peeing down. time on the turbo will be a nice distraction from work and the house.:thumbsup:

Though you'll find me out in almost any weather I have no problem with this, you're keeping fit & continuing to cycle rather than vegging out on the sofa. :thumbsup:

I've taken to going to the gym a couple of times a week for a hard 30 mins on the spinning bike plus some rowing and weights - the bouts of torrential rain at hourly intervals are just TOO much to cope with. cycling is supposed to be enjoyable!

Yes I took a wetting on the club run yesterday, the latest of many, I keep checking to see if I'm developing webbed feet. Unfortunately I don't have anywhere inside to work on the turbo, I have to use it in the back garden.

I've resorted to getting the rollers out of the shed. Quite fun when you get the hang of them. Not plucked up the courage to move out of the doorway or try no handed yet though.........
