There are some on Ebay at the moment. I think you might find that in Summer people won't bother advertising them as they have to pay insertion fees. I sell a few things on Ebay and personally wouldn't sell anything Winter in Summer!

Antartex is a very good sheepskin make and is what my curly one is.

Wimbledon cyclist has a good idea, cashmere is an extremely good insulator and I use old cashmere for cycling too. Make sure the sheepskin you buy is not a very heavy one.

Seriously, if you want something classic and expensive, buy a good quality traditional duffel coat. You will still be wearing it in 20 years, as opposed to that ... article you linked to.
