I have a wheelset with the Shimano digital click bearing adjustment. I removed the dust cap, loosened the end cap and removed the plastic wheel. I see the little metal wheel that's supposed to be the adjustment but I can't turn it on its own, only along with the axle. Is that how it's meant to work?
