We employ quite a few Oompa Loompas where I work..... 
You would think that those shiny new lockers in a shiny new changing room would have them running to give up their battered ones in the corridors, wouldn't you? Hmmmm. Still waiting for people to change over.....
And then of course there are the ones coming out the wood work claiming they had a locker in the old inadequate changing room that was there before (a few of the lockers had mystery owners from naughty people giving keys to their mates when they left)... Despite clearly ignoring numerous requests to identify themselves, they now want to having seen the new shiny stuff.
Then there is the "feedback" to deal with.
It's gonna be a long week! LOL

Our cycling stands were jammed last year when we moved. I dispaired.. they complained about everything.
Move on a year...... the stands are about 1/5th full. Security aside (you need a good lock idiots) .....
We have a drying cabinet that works for about the 3 cyclists that ride every day and the motor biker that gets his shoes wet on occasions.
The bloody complaints about cycling provisions were from the non-cyclists.... not enough changing - I get a changing room every day - no issues.
