Having been to the NHS concerning my recent knee injury and them being next to useless. Ive been browsing the web and came across an interesting article on flat feet and cycling. Within the article their was a test to check leg length. It appears the injured leg is 1/2 an inch shorter than the other:ohmy:
My question is does anybody know of a company who sells the above items, many thanks.

Ah thanks for that, do the wedges come in different thickness and do they supply longer screws ?

the wedges come in different thickness which are easily identified by colour coding.
Your local specialized dealer will be more experienced in the matter than myself so should offer better and more detailed advice, the specialized concept stores all have kit which measures this.
I have red bg footbeds which feature a large metatarsal button for flat feet, under this i have a yellow wedge and a yellow slice between my cleat and shoe on my right leg... made the world of difference and i get no knee pain at all.
I don't recall needing longer screws as bits were added inside the shoe as well as under the cleat, i had it sorted during a bg bike fit.. they did explain it however due to an attractive young lady being in the shop also my attention was elsewhere... all i can say is it works for me
