My lbs has the Scott Speedster S30 triple ( 2011 ) on offer at £599 down from £899.
Its a massive saving on a decentish spec, Tiagra, 105
I've not had a road bike for years and its only the past few months I,ve been "getting back" into cycling. I thought I'd be happy with my pimped up hybrid and maybe get a Boardman CX which is more in line with the type of riding I do.
I saw this Scott yesterday though and I'm extremely tempted.. what would you do ?
Does the Scott have a decent reputation ?

If you are tempted just because it is a bargain, then no.

If you are tempted because you have had a spin on it and you can't wait to get up early and take it out for a ride before the world awakes, then yes!
