Sidi Hydro Winter Boots (Road SPD-SL) swap for MTB shoes/Boots

I have a pair of Sidi Hydro winter boots size 45, and would like to swap for a pair of MTB/Cyclocross style shoes or boots suitable for winter.

The Sidis have been worn, but are in good condition, with recently replaced heel bumpers. I'm looking to do some CX this year and need something reasonably warm/waterproof but with MTD SPD fitttings and a better gripping sole for sliding around in the mud.

There you go. As can be seen they're not new (I've worn them through the last winter)
they show some scuffing to the toes, and there are the usual scratch marks on the sole from walking.

I have a sit of size 10 shoes, mtb shoes. Hardly worn. What you think?
