Well thats one of my comute routes both by bike and cycle and maybe the bike was using his horn as specified in the highway code as cylist don't have mirrors and few check whats behind them.

On that route speeding is a great danger as the road has lots of side roads and motorists/busses/ped in that area do not seem to look.

Re my trauma with the black cabs of late, I'm developing my "professional" wobble and it worked on two of them this morning and the dreaded swoop was avoided. Yesterday after work had trouble with two of them just minutes from the office before seeking sancturary in the park, phew. I think I'm black cabbed out at the moment so looking forward to not seeing any of them over the weekend - it's like fighting off a constant swarm of wasps, get rid of one and there's another right behind.

Reminded me,my pet love at the moment is BMW drivers...One driving like and ar5e on my inward commute yesterday weaving all over the place and leaving the bare minimum between car and pavement...so I filtered through the narrowest of gaps to the front of the traffic lights which were at red.I thought if you can be an acehole the so can I.So I waited and when the lights changed he was looking at me as he passed. He did not like that one bit.

It's always a challenge to me when they come the tithead.

Certain cars marques and motorbike models do seem to attract a certain kind of person. Maybe they appeal to a certain demographic/type of person.
