The freewheel on my singlespeed bike if kn*ckered so I thought I'd add to my meagre maintenance experience and order a new one plus the tool for removing the old one. So one shimano freewheel and one Park four pronged freewheel tool later and I'm left with this.
In case you can't see from that picture, the tool is small enough to fit inside the freewheel, there's no way it's ever going to me able to engage more than one of the prongs at a time.
Clearly there is something I'm not understanding, either that or someone's having a joke at my expense.
