Never heard of him meself, but a bit of googling suggests this might well be worth catching, for thems that likes that sort'a thing.

The documentary is well worth a look. Sadly, the guy that made it killed himself a couple of weeks ago. Also saw today, that a dispute is brewing over ownership of Rodriguez catalogue.

The greatest rock icon that never was is Jackie Leven both solo and with "Doll By Doll". It was a cold day when he left us due to Prostate Cancer.
