Size 8 and 9 road shoes wanted

Decrepid out of shape old fart, 40 something (age & waist), requires a cheapish pair of road shoes in size 8 in order to regain youth!

Even more out of shape son, requires a pair in size 9 so 'the old man' can show him how to do it after all these years!

Cycling road shoes for cleats and click-in pedals.
I think I have an unwanted old pair size 8 Gaerne at home - clean and in good condition. Let me go home and check and take pics.
