Just ring them and ask.. say you are shopping around and wondering what is the best deal they can offer. If you are not happy with the offer, say no thanks, next time blah blah. Ring again a few days later to speak with someone else and do the same, etc! You'll definitely get a good deal (e.g. few months free/half price or extras)

Another vote for Freesat. Maybe you are OK with Sky, but I don't like them at all.
