My LBS has been waiting over 2 months for some non-urgent parts from Campy (a different cassette and rear mech). I now have a broken veloce gear shifter (definitely urgent!) and so far 2 weeks with now word. I like their kit, but am beginning to wonder if their poor customer service (Campy, not my LBS) makes it worth it??
