slow campagnalo service

My LBS has been waiting over 2 months for some non-urgent parts from Campy (a different cassette and rear mech). I now have a broken veloce gear shifter (definitely urgent!) and so far 2 weeks with now word. I like their kit, but am beginning to wonder if their poor customer service (Campy, not my LBS) makes it worth it??

It may be poor service from the distributor rather than Campag. I wouldn't mind seeing a faster service with a full range of spares.

Agreed - nice to support your LBS but if you need the stuff quick.

I bought a complete Campag groupset from various online outlets and had no problem getting any of the parts I wanted when I shopped around.

I heard today that Campag have moved some of their operations to Romania which has caused some issues??
