Slow, social ride group starting South Yorks

Planning to do 20-30 mile rides, slow pace, nobody left behind. Cafe stop. Very social, nothing competitive. I have 4 people interested so far. Anyone interested in coming along let me know.

It will be a mix of road and Trans Pennine Trail. The TPT is mostly OK but like any ex railway track it has the odd rough section. If you're bringing a pure road bike please make sure you're happy to ride it on such a route.

I'll do the first one probably Sunday Jan 29th, starting from somewhere near Penistone.

PM me and we can exchange contact details. I have a couple of 25 mile routes planned which use national cycle routes throughout. Mixture of road and trail. Hybrid probably best.

Sounds good. I live in Penistone use a mountain bike on the trail and road bike in the spring and summer on the roads. Usually go out most weekends in the summer and on light evenings.
