What annoys me at traffic lights are the cyclists that are compelled to push in front of double decker buses or lorries with no regard for their safety, whilst sensible cyclists stay behind the larger vehicles.

When the lights change the bus pulls away really slowly because it has to overtake a number of slow cyclists.

I must admit I did this tonight. I approached a queue of traffic at lights and thought I had plenty of time to make my way to the ASL, but I'd got the light sequence wrong. Ended up alongside a left indicating bus as the lights went amber. I prepared to abort the overtake but he saw me and stopped, allowing me through.

I waved thank you and resolved not to be so foolishly complacent again.

I never really realized the danger behind this (Although I didn't actually do it), until I saw one of BentMikey's videos - I now make a point to try and stop people doing this if I see them on my commute. Thanks, Mikey!
