i was on the final stretch of my commute home last week, down my little town's high street, lots of parked cars, noticed a lad further down get in his motor amongst them - i ease off and cover the brakes - surprise surprise, he pulls out with about 10 yards spare in front of me, he hasn't even turned his lights on and when he eventually sees me, he can't figure out his lights and sticks his fog light on 2 or 3 times! i was a little vexed by this.

Happens nearly daily down my way. I've even started trying different commuting routes to try and avoid areas where the same muppets come out to 'play' on a daily basis!

or borrow some EPO so you can get round the car before it pulls out ....
