There is. Its a red circle with a picture of a motorbike jumping over a car. "Beware. Evel Knievel ahead".

On some you can see where the symbol painter got squashed - it's in the pedestrian lane next to where the cyclist got squashed.

Must've been some giant of a road roller did the bus in the bus lane though.
