How much does it cost to Oldham?
Listen to some very, very hard metal whilst getting very, very out of breath.

I am learning Italian. Ipod plugged in and an hour lesson passes quite well. I do occasionally have to press replay if I am working hard and need to concentrate on a particular verb ending.

Not to sure?
Call me sad, but I dont find it that boring.

That said, if you just sit on it and pedal, then of course it will be boring. But if you have a routine to follow, which involves monitoring your heart rate, cadence, duration and watts produced then there is to much to do/monitor to get bored!

Get yourself this book, The Heart Rate Monitor Workbook for Indoor cyclists by Sally Edwards, great book with lots of routines for every occasion, here

I mean these things can get really dull right? So what do you do to pass the time in productive way?

Why don't you tell us what you do to pass the time, Mister Bianchi?

I'm working my grisly way through "The World at War", interspersed with the odd "Horizon" and quite a few American "movies".
