Touch it up and ride it

Claud Butler believed cresta model from mid 70's , ibrought this as a project but to many others in front of it so this one has to go .
22 1/2" or 57cm from c t c with same along top tube
forks are labelled as reynolds 531 , no labels on frame so not sure , but does have that ring when tapped but no gaurantee
frame nuber looks like 10976
plain lug work not fancy , no rear derailieur mount on rear stays
will need new or repacked bottom bracket (current one marked up as Sakae 1.37" x 24t will need new head set for sure as fork were siezed not now . paintwork scruffy with top tube showing signs of being painted over .
nice original head badge and down tube transfers .
still has original Atom hubs with the rear being a flip flop variety , rims are 27 x 1 1/4 and rusty.
please note seat stem seams to be frozen in frame , icant budge it , but you might be able to .
