For sale - a pair of almost new Dura Ace 7800 brake calipers (short drop) with brand new pads.
The QR lever has snapped on the front caliper - this is used to widen the brakes in a race in the event of the wheel going out of true or to make taking the wheel off easier. You can just use the adjuster to the same purpose - otherwise the brakes work perfectly.
The lever can be replaced - it's a 10p bit of metal but unfortunately Shimano only sell it with the rest of the mechanism and that will set you back £30!
I'd personally wait until someone on eBay sells either front or back as spares.
