I'm interested in this watch for running; I'm looking for a watch which will tell me the pace at which I am running, can it do that, or does it need an extra foot/arm 'pod' to do so ? Does it have a hr monitor with it ?

The review you posted describes that HR strap as premium, which is the same as mine so I presume it does!
